Artist's Description
Colorful lupins are predominantly trademark of Lake Tekapo but they can be found on many other spots around South Island, one of those spots being Ahuriri river. One day when I drove by I could not resist to take a picture of this beautiful scenery. It was only beginning of summer so lupins had not been in full power yet, but still well worth the view.
About Peter Kolejak
Born and raised under the mountains in northern Slovakia in the heart of Europe. I only discovered photography in late 2017, but it was in New Zealand in 2018 where I fell in love with it completely and it became my passion. After one year in New Zealand I moved to Canada where I spent 2 years in close vicinity of magnificent Rockies.
