Description

This was not really planned shot which eventually ended up better than expected. Was early summer morning, around 4am when I left Calgary with goal to reach Lake Louise in Banff National Park before 6am. Ironically not to catch sunrise this time but to catch a spot in parking lot near the lake as this place can get super busy during the high season...and you don´t want to start your hike few kilometres from trailhead just because you came late...neither did I. So here I was ready for my hike when I realized I actually am just on time for sunrise so why not use this opportunity. I sat on the bank of lake for half and hour spectating beautiful sunrise happening in front of me with just few more photographers alongside me. By the time sun rose the whole area was swarming by people so I just quickly packed my stuff and headed up to the Mount St Piran to escape those crowds. Luckily I made this shot to remind me beauty and peacefulness of Lake Louise during early morning.
