Coming for the first time to New Zealand´s South Island oldest national park, Arthur´s Pass, this picturesque sight welcomed me - lonely tree located in the middle of glacier carved valley surrounded by majestic peaks of Southern Alps. If you are lucky enough you might be even accompanied here by Nestor Kea, world´s only mountain parrot.
About Peter Kolejak
Born and raised under the mountains in northern Slovakia in the heart of Europe. I only discovered photography in late 2017, but it was in New Zealand in 2018 where I fell in love with it completely and it became my passion. After one year in New Zealand I moved to Canada where I spent 2 years in close vicinity of magnificent Rockies.
