Most famous tree in whole New Zealand and without any doubts most photographed too. Conveniently located in township of Wanaka, rising from the same name lake. Whether it is winter, summer, sunrise or sunset you can be sure that you will be standing here side by side with other people admiring it´s fragile beauty which, along with beautiful mountain backdrop, attracts masses of people to this spot regularly.
About Peter Kolejak
Born and raised under the mountains in northern Slovakia in the heart of Europe. I only discovered photography in late 2017, but it was in New Zealand in 2018 where I fell in love with it completely and it became my passion. After one year in New Zealand I moved to Canada where I spent 2 years in close vicinity of magnificent Rockies.
