Description

Chipmunks are common inhabitants of Canadian Rockies and it is quite often that you meet them while hiking. Very curious, and usually hungry, they would not hesitate to come close and check if there is anything to eat nearby. Same story as with Kea parrots in New Zealand, even if they try make sure they´ll leave with empty hands as human food may actually hurt them and you would be risking big fine too. Anyways, thanks to their curiosity photos like this one can come into being easily.
